Ingredients

1 lb. lasagna noodles

2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

2 jars of premium Alfredo sauce

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning blend

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 cups fresh spinach, rinsed and roughly chopped

Directions

Preparation: Warm your oven to 375°F.

Noodle Prep: Follow the lasagna noodle package instructions for cooking.

Chicken Alfredo Mixture: In a spacious mixing bowl, blend the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Layering: Start by coating a 9×13 inch baking dish with a light layer of the chicken Alfredo mix. Lay lasagna noodles, then add a layer of fresh spinach. Layer generously with the chicken Alfredo blend, finishing with a sprinkle of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Repeat: Continue this layering pattern until ingredients are exhausted. Ensure the final layer is the Alfredo mixture topped with cheese.

Baking: Shield the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for another 25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and has a golden hue.

Serving: Allow the lasagna to rest briefly before dishing out.
