Although cleaning the toilet is not really pleasant thing to do, we all know that it has to be done on a regular basis. Luckily, there is an easy way to do that.
It is of crucial importance for your well-being the toilet to be germ-free and fresh.
Here is a really useful and easy trick which you can prepare by yourself. Instead of buying the expensive toilet cleaners which contain harmful chemicals, make your own toilet cleaner which will eliminate the bacteria, neutralize the odors and make the toilet smell fresh.
Ingredients:
• 160 g of baking soda
• 60 ml of lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of vinegar
• 15 – 20 drops of fragrant oil
• 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide (3%)
Instructions:
Put the lemon juice and the baking soda into a small bowl and mix them. Mix the hydrogen peroxide and the vinegar into a separate bowl. Then, add them to the mixture of lemon juice and baking soda, one drop at a time. Finally, add the fragrant oil to give the cleaner a refreshing smell.
Make several half – ball shapes by using a spoon and put them on a paper of parchment to dry. They need only four hours for that but you can leave them dry during the night as well. After they are completely dry put them into an air-tight jar near the toilet.
Every time your toilet needs to be cleaned just drop a tab from the jar two or three times a week.
