Sugar Cookie Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients :

The Crust :
– 2 lb of Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough

The Filling:
– 4 (8oz) blocks of Cream Cheese
– 4 eggs
– 1 large spoon Vanilla Extract
– 1 cup Granulated Sugar
– 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions :

1 – Press the cookie dough into the bottom springform pan & bake at 350  degrees for 16 min . Let it to cool .
2 – Beat cream cheese & sugar and  add vanilla & one egg at a time, beating well and pour into crust.
3 – Bake 90 min until cooked .
