Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Colorado Hospital Carol Foster, M.D. has the trick you need for vertigo. According to a CBS Denver news report, the technique, known as half somersault maneuver, has helped vertigo patients as near as Denver and as far as Saudi Arabia.
To treat vertigo, begin by kneeling on your knees. Tip your head up to look at the ceiling, and then place it on the ground, as if preparing to perform a somersault. Next, turn the head to face the left elbow. Pause and breathe until dizziness subsides. Return the head to the center and raise it so the head is in line with the back. Sit back quickly and breathe a sight of miraculous relief.
Dr. Foster jokes that she ” hopes to dispel all dizziness in the world,” reports CBS Denver. The technique just might help you.
