Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs



3 lbs Pork ribs
2 liters Coca-Cola or similar brand.

The dry rub
2 cups Brown sugar
1 Tbls Garlic Powder
1 Tbls Paprika
1 Tbls Cayenne pepper
1 Tbls Onion Powder
1 Tbls Black pepper
1 Tbls Salt

Drop your ribs in the crockpot and pour Coke or Dr. Pepper is an alternative or even Root Beer. Don’t pour directly on the meat, it would take all the seasoning off.

Just cover the rib to give them a little room to soak.
Let the “magic” happen…

Here we are, ready to cook on slow for 6 hours. An optional step is to add some brown sugar to tenderize them.

Don’t open the lid for at least one hour to 1 1/2 hour.

Ready to stick in them in the broiler with some BBQ sauce on it for just about 5 to 10 minutes. It will be absolutely tasty!
