Ingredients
½ cup Greek yogurt, fat free, plain
¼ cup natural peanut butter, crunchy recommended
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, refrigerate until ready to eat.
Serve with your favorite fruit or veggie…my favorite is organic apple wedges.
