You’ll Need:
6 ounces of smoked Gouda cheese, thinly sliced.
20 (1 ounce) slices of Italian bread.
6 ounces of thinly sliced prosciutto.
Cooking spray.
How to:
First, coat the bread with cooking spray from one side then place 10 bread slices on a work surface the sprayed side down.
Add cheese and prosciutto evenly among the slices and top with the other slices of bread the sprayed side up.
Over medium heat, heat a large nonstick skillet and cook the panini for 5 minutes on each side.
Enjoy!
Easy, peasy and crispy! As I said you can serve this prosciutto and smoked gouda panini with tossed green salad, or chicken, chickpea and Zucchini stew! Give it a shot, it’s worth it.
