Get ready to be surprised by another amazing chicken recipe! This time, I’m presenting you my daughter’s favorite dish. This outback steakhouse Alice springs chicken is a must try guys, check it out.
You’ll Need:
6 bacon slices.
¼ cup of regular mustard.
⅓ cpu of honey.
2 tbsps of mayonnaise.
2 tsps of dried onion flakes.
1 cup of sliced fresh mushroom.
2 cups of shredded Colby/Jack cheese.
How to:
Rub the seasoning salt on the chicken breasts and refrigerate them covered for 30 minutes.
While refrigerating, cook the bacon in a large skillet until brown and crispy then remove it leaving the grease in the skillet.
Sauté the chicken in the grease for 3 to 5 minutes per side and arrange the breasts in a 9×13 casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise and dried onion flakes then pour some mustard over each breast. Add a layer of mushrooms, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30 minutes.
Top with the rest of honey mustard sauce and Voila!
