One-Pan Chicken Parmesan


Chicken parmesan is a family favorite meal, but it takes so much time to prepare. With this easy onepan recipe, you can have the best of both worlds!


4 (5-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 (1-ounce) slices mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings


-Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
-Heat the olive oil in a skillet set over medium.
-Cover each chicken breast with 2 tablespoons sauce, 1 slice of cheese and a dash of herbs.
-Lower heat to low, cover, and cook until the cheese is melted.
-Make sure your skillet is oven-safe. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and browned lightly.
