Long John Silver’s Batter Fish or Chicken


Ingredients :

Frying batter:

1 1/2 cups flour

4 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of SALT

1 1/2 cups of hot water

You’ll also need chicken or fish

Direction :

In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients. Add water and mix well.

Coat chicken or fish fillets completely with the batter and fry until golden brown.
