If you’ve ever tried kentucky fried chicken, you’d know how good the biscuits they serve are! I make these at home! Check out the recipe, you will love it!
You’ll Need:
1 ½ cups of flour.
1 ½ tsps of salt.
1 tbsp of sugar.
1 tbsp of baking powder.
⅔ cups of milk.
⅓ can of vegetable shortening.
How to:
In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add in the milk and shortening and knead to mix, if you need more milk to form, you can add it.
On a floured surface, knead the dough for 6 to 8 minutes then pat it to ½ inch thickness.
Cut the dough into biscuits and arrange them in a baking sheet.
In a preheated oven to 425°,bake the biscuits for 10 to 13 minutes.
