  1. 1 (11 ounce) can creamed corn
  2. 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  3. 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  4. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  5. 1 egg white
  6. 2 tablespoons milk
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. 3 cups vegetable oil for deep frying
