Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 TBS sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pinches salt
- 8 slices Sourdough bread or Texas toast
Instructions
- In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt together.
- Heat griddle to 350. (Or a skillet to medium heat.) Grease griddle with margarine or cooking spray.
- Dip bread in egg mixture for 30 seconds on each side.
- Place on griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
