BLUEBERRY DUMP CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1(510 g) box yellow cake mix
  • 4cups fresh blueberries or 4 cupsfrozen blueberries, thawed
  • 12cup white sugar, to taste
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12cup butter or 12 cupmargarine, melted

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the berries, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Spread in the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  5. Cover the berries with the DRY cake mix.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix (do not stir).
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  8. Serve warm or cold, topped with ice cream.
