If you have an old punch bowl, you can put it to good use again to make this easy punch bowl cake. It’s called punch bowl cake because it makes so much and would be great to make for a crowd. Also because it looks so good when it is served in a punch bowl.

Seriously, just check out those layers of creamy, sweet, cakey goodness! It’s definitely a picture worthy of landing a spot in a cookbook if I do say so myself. This cake uses boxed and canned ingredients which makes it so simple to make.

Once made the ingredients are then layered into the punch bowl. You will then have enough to serve anywhere from 10 to 12 people. You won’t be storing any leftovers with this delicious dessert! This will be a showstopper at your next party or family gathering – and you can change the flavors to make a different one for each special occasion!

To Make this Recipe You’Il Need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:
Bottom Layer-
angel food cake, broken into pieces or poundcake
6th Layer-
1 (3 ounce) boxes strawberry-banana Jello gelatin
5th Layer-
3 -4 bananas, sliced round
4th Layer-
1 can pineapple chunk, drained
3rd Layer-
1 can mandarin orange, drained
2nd Layer-
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1st Layer-
1 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes vanilla pudding mix
1 container Cool Whip
fresh berries ( to garnish) (optional)

Directions:
Prepare jello and pudding according to directions on box; put in fridge until set, about 4 hours.
Follow directions as above, using the cool whip and berries as top garnish.
Chill until served.
Serve in a punch bowl or glass trifle bowl.
