3 Ingredient Biscuits – Healthy and Fit


Yes you can make biscuits with just three ingredients and I bet you have them in your pantry right now. Slide a spoon of Nutella between two and that makes 4 ingredients


Serves 2
6 tbsp self-rising flour
1 1⁄2 tsp nonfat plain yogurt
3 tbsp skim milk


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a pan with cooking spray.
  2. Add flour, yogurt, and milk to a small bowl and mix well. Divide dough in half and place biscuits on prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 10-13 minutes.
